An efficient use of space makes the 24’x30’ Saltbox feel larger than its actual square footage. The open staircase and vaulted ceiling expands the living and dining rooms while a walk-through kitchen utilizes floor space. The first floor’s utility, bath, and master bedroom adds convenience to this package. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and an unfinished area that will allow for future expansion. Total living area: 1,072 sq. ft.

Bernard Building Center’s 24’x30’ Salt Box house is a complete rough-in package including: wood floor system, 2”x6” exterior & 2”x4” interior walls, OSB wall sheathing, Wolverine vinyl siding, vinyl windows, entry doors, roof trusses, roof sheathing, Certainteed shingles, trim, nails, and building plans. This package can be modified to fit your needs: longer and/or wider, Andersen windows, basement, life-time shingles, steel roofing, log siding, cement board siding, composite decking, rear porch, the possibilities are endless. Custom designs available!

When you have completed the rough-in, we have all the finish products necessary to complete your dream home from Insulation, drywall, doors, carpeting, kitchen cabinets, paint, and light fixtures. We can save you money on your building project. We deliver anywhere in Michigan, delivery costs are approximately $1.50 per mile.
