Invitation to Bid for the following project at our Cheboygan, MI store:

 

BRIEF PROJECT SUMMARY  (See PROJECT SCOPE .pdf for more details.)

Exterior Walls & Windows

• Remove and dispose of all wood siding on the building’s exterior

• Replace one standard window

• Remove and cover one obsolete trapezoid window

• Side exterior walls with Ultra 2000 steel panels

• Fasten purlins to exposed block and cover with steel

 

Small Roof over Contractor Entrance

• Remove and dispose of shingles

• Replace with Standing Seam steel panels

 

We will supply all necessary building materials. Interested contractors will bid for all other aspects of the project, including, but not limited to, labor, material disposal, and permits. Project time frame is flexible; would prefer to have it done in the near future.

CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

• Valid builder’s license

• Proof of current Liability & Workmen’s Comp insurance

• Contractor must secure any necessary permits

• Contractor will supply all labor, tools and equipment necessary to complete the job. This includes, but is not limited to, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, telehandler, dumpster, etc. 

• Contractor should verify square footage for their own use in bidding this project.
