To help protect our Customers and Staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, CURBSIDE SERVICE is convenient, quick, and provides more social distance for everyone's safety. Here's how Curbside pickup works:

Select a curbside pickup time
You and your salesperson will choose a time that works best for everyone based on your order. You'll be asked to describe your vehicle.
Pay for your order by phone
Curbside orders can be placed on a credit card or your Bernard account. For everyone's safety, we are not accepting cash payment at this time.
Drive up to the curb at pickup time. We'll bring it out so you can load up your order!
All stores are now open to the public. Mask required for entry. Curbside pickup is ALSO available to anyone who does not wish to wear a mask or simply prefers not to enter our store at this time.
Can I shop inside the store?
Yes you can. Masks are required for entry if medically tolerable, and 6' distancing must be adhered to while inside. If you do not wish to wear a mask, we will be glad to assist you with Curbside Pickup.
Is there any extra cost or a minimum order for Curbside Service?
Not at all. We're providing this free service for the health and well-being of our communities.
Can I pay cash for my order with Curbside Pickup?
No. Curbside orders must be paid with a credit card or Bernard account when the order is placed.
What if I need something from the yard?
No worries! You will pick up any in-store items curbside, then drive around to the yard to get the rest.
How long does it take before my Curbside order is ready?
You will choose a pickup time with the salesperson when you place the order. We do need a minimum of 15 minutes, and additional time is helpful.
What if I can't load my own order?
We will be happy to make accommodations if we are notified of a physical disability.
